c5bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

04. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on c5bet is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The same rules apply to each method.

All transactions must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals will only be sent via the same payment method used for the deposit.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and its own terms and conditions.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If bonus abuse is proven (use of bots, duplicate accounts, collusion), the bonus will be cancelled.
• c5bet reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

5.3 VIP Program

c5bet has five VIP tiers. Each tier provides weekly cashback and special benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active participation.

06. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c5bet platform:

• Participating in fraud, deception, or illegal activities
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Money laundering or transferring funds from illegal sources
• Colluding with other players when betting
• Attempting to intrude into the system or software
• Claiming bonuses or promotions using false information
• Using third-party accounts or payment methods

For any of the above violations, c5bet reserves the right to suspend the account, cancel all bonuses, and seize the associated funds.

07. Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play Guarantee

c5bet is a fair play platform. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.

7.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed when the game loads. c5bet reserves the right to change bet limits at any time.

If any game or transaction is left incomplete due to a technical issue or system failure, c5bet follows a policy of cancelling the affected bet and returning the staked amount.

7.4 Sports Betting
